Job Title: Technical Support Representatives

Job Description:

Technical Support (Voice based)
ü  Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
ü  Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
ü  Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
ü  Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
ü  Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs)
Experience
ü  0 – 3 of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry).

Mandatory Documents:
  • 10th , 12th and all the degree marks cards(original)
  • Resume (Ensure that your Full Name is on it)
  • 2 copies of recent passport sized photographs
  • Proof of date of birth
  • Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(original)
  • Photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Election ID Card)
  • Offer letter/Revised offer letter/Pay slips (in case of experienced candidates)
  • 2 Post Card Size photographs of self (full body length with light background)


Note:

v  Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift.

v  2011 pass outs are eligible provided they have an aggregate of 50% and above and no back logs.
